It's not a zebra crossing or whatever everyone....it's a funny pic because the crossing strips lead up to grass and there's bushes so people can't cross...i mean it's not really "funny" per se, more of a stupid move on the government for putting the grass where people are supposed to cross and not putting a sidewalk there so they can continue through.
