While clever, it is Biblically inaccurate. If you want God's forgiveness you must forgive others. It's even in the Lord's Prayer, "And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors." The 6th chapter of Mark spells it out fairly well. "For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."
Here's a bumper-sticker for you:
God's love is unconditional
God's forgiveness is not. (Mk 6:14-15)
